Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them, and similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, to make the site work and, with your permission, to understand how it is used and measure our advertising.

How consent works on this site

When you first visit we only set essential cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are blocked until you choose Accept all or enable them in Settings. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time via Cookie settings (also linked in the footer of every page). We use Google Consent Mode v2, which means Google tags receive your choice and behave accordingly. Your choice is stored for 12 months.

Cookies we use

Essential (always on)

lb_consent — set by us; records your cookie choices; 12 months.
Security and anti-spam measures used by our form provider while you submit an enquiry; session only.

Analytics (only with consent)

_ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4; distinguish visitors and sessions so we can see how the site is used in aggregate. IP addresses are anonymised. Up to 2 years. Google privacy policy.

Marketing (only with consent)

_gcl_au, IDE, test_cookie — Google Ads; measure conversions from our advertising and, where permitted, personalise ads. Up to 13 months.
_fbp, fr — Meta (Facebook); measure the effectiveness of our Meta advertising. Up to 3 months. Meta privacy policy.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
